I made this order for my daughter who is 15 years old and has some imperfections in the T-zone. The results are quite conclusive. I myself worked in perfumery for 10 years. I would compare your products to Payot products. I didn't put 5 stars because I would have liked to have a sample, lotion or hand cream. It would have allowed me to complete the range and for additional sales. Good continuation.

I received an order with the box open and some products missing. I immediately contacted customer service by email. I have indicated that I took several photos, I even kept the box ... The answer is surprising: the package is weighed before leaving the warehouse, turn around against the post office. I hope the package was complete! They didn't even try to get more pictures or more details and preferred to answer "you're on your own !" I'm sorry, but this is not serious at all. And to top it all off, they send from an email address that we can't reply to. I'm extremely disappointed in customer management!

I received my order just fine and started using the products I like bcq the soap, the products at first itching my skin (I think I was a little bit dehydrated) it starts to get better .... I think I would recommend the soap and for creams to see on longer term ....
