Actually, I don't understand. I didn't receive my order at all. Only 2 of my ordered items arrived the rest have been replaced by other items?! I don't understand what happened.

The soap gives me a rash on my cheeks, I sent an email to customer service and got no feedback.

soaps still as effective but the packaging is too light despite the fragile mention one of the soaps was crushed. putting a rigid box would be much better

I love goat's milk soap but unfortunately for me I have an allergic reaction to the cream. My skin is terribly dry after application. I don't really know what it's due to, since the soap works perfectly! But it doesn't change the quality of the products :)

Horrible! Just after two days of using the huge and painful pimples that were appearing on my face I wanted to continue, telling myself that it was probably normal, but I had more and more pimples and I had to areter. Now I'm struggling to heal the huge pimples on my face and I'm losing money.

The packaging is just mediocre soap buy at 28€ broken receipt and in a simple bubble envelope it could put a nice soap box or a small cardboard pouch given the price of the soap

Hello, for the price of the soap, I thought the packaging was a bit light ! There was a little neck... Otherwise, it's for Christmas so I can only tell you that it smells very good...

Product arrives very quickly at the parcel relay point without any worries. However, the bubble envelope does not protect the product which arrived a little damaged.

I did not receive my order for more than 2 weeks.

In the Black Friday offers all the options were presented with this beautiful gold and white very stylish box which finally convinced me to select your product that I had planned to OFFER ! I had also heard about the notoriety of the brand I am writing to express the feeling of disappointment and anger that I had when I opened my package with BULK ! products not presented in a box as indicated in the reference " crazy days% face box : cf pj It's the first time that I receive a " product box ", without the box ;!!!! We make fun of the customer ! I expected to offer a gift of Quality, with a beautiful presentation in accordance with the notoriety of the brand and I find myself with boxes of creams wrapped in bubble wrap ! not to mention that the base price suggests with some evidence that the shipment will be done automatically with this presentation, it's the first time I see this in a brand !! it's really misleading the customer, for a first contact customer satisfaction and trust are not there. I find the reception of the parcel fast and the products correct for the moment I need a little more time to judge the quality of the products as a whole.

I'm very satisfied with Pin up products, as I've had eczema since childhood and used to juggle cortisone on my face in the winter... so much so that the combination of Precious Cream and goat's milk soap saved my life! I put 4 stars because I am less satisfied with the peel and the oil-free cream which, unlike the other products, are rated poorly on the Yuka application because of the composition. On the other hand, the other products are all very well rated because of their natural composition (tea tree etc.) I highly recommend them!

The promotion triggered my purchase because I find the products are expensive. Fast delivery but you could make it to my home for the same price as a relay point. The soap is great and the smell great, not yet used enough to describe the benefits. The cream is nice but very disappointing because I scanned it on yuka and discovered it is full of harmful products including 1 moderate risk phenoxyethanol and 1 very high risk benzophenone... Disappointed with the after-sales service, the order was very late to be processed and sent despite messages informing that the shipment was quite urgent.

No box when it's in the offer header. For Christmas it's a shame, I'll have to find a box!
