Customer service, doesn't work for me at all, no accommodation, although the delivery address was given, it was left at the packing station, when I wrote to customer service, they were not at all accommodating, made me aware that I would have to pay shipping costs again if I didn't pick up the package. Products already ordered, very satisfied! Only downside: the packaging for the oil-free cream isn't ideal, as the shape at the end of the bottle doesn't allow you to collect all the product. Packaging closer to that of the precious cream would be (in my opinion) more interesting.
