I received my order very quickly and the products are very good

Poorly rated products on Yuka!

I have placed several orders on pin-up secret. I want to say that the products are good but I am unhappy with the after-sales service. Indeed, I ordered a cream and they sent me a different product instead. I sent an email about this and they replied that they could either give me a 50% voucher for the same product or allow me to return the product. What I am unhappy about is that the shipping costs were still my responsibility even though it was not my fault and I was not the one at fault in this order. I find that the compensation for this mistake was not very fair. Indeed, the consumer should not bear the shipping costs when it is not their mistake. Thank you

Hello while cleaning my face with the glow booster secret, it burned my skin, my face turned red and it hurts. On your product. The precious complexion secret is fine, no burns on the face.

I just started my skin care with pin up secret and for now I don't see much difference except that I have much softer skin than before. I'm waiting to see in the coming weeks..

Hello, I tried the pin up secret soap and I stopped because it gives me huge red patches and it itches.

Fast delivery, the soaps create a pleasant foam that is easy to apply, for an idea of effectiveness we will wait a bit to see over time, however for the shampoo and its treatments the products have an effect from the first use, beautiful soft hair

My moisturizing treatment doesn't even work.

The order was sent to the wrong address, my name has not been on the mailbox for 6 years so the delivery person didn't even check the name! I sent an email but I never got a response!

The soap does not work wonders, but one can notice a slight improvement after 2 weeks of daily use.

I have not received my order even though it says delivered on my tracking. I made a complaint and sent all the documents they asked me for, and I still have no response to this day.

I am not getting the right item sent for the 3rd time! & I hope for a complaint otherwise I have to initiate others, this can't be!

Delivery ok. Why not use the Belgian postal relays as access points?

On the delivery day I was at home, when I opened the door there was no one there, now the package cannot be picked up at the post office because no QR code was delivered.

A mud mask product was opened

The goods never arrived. Was dropped off at the DPD Pickup Store. When I wanted to pick up the goods there, they were not there.

I really like the soap but the mask stings and burns my skin

The high transport costs must be communicated more transparently and earlier.

Ordered on 8.12, the shipment is still not here. Maybe it's due to the holidays in between, but I still find it quite long. When I could no longer track the shipment, I quickly received a nice response.
