I still haven't received my order!!!

I have a lot of buttons that came out the first time I used it

Second time I use pin-up secret products and frankly it's great

After they made a mistake at the delivery address, I did not receive my package, it was sent back to the expedient

I take off a note for the new packaging which involves more waste than before... The cardboard box for the soap is not necessary in my opinion. Otherwise the products are still great!

Notice to asthmatic allergy sufferers. Do not use pin-up secret products. It is not written anywhere that their products contain essential oils. When I used the soap once my breathing stopped, I felt a burning in my throat and I said an asthma attack. I reported this to their customer service as I was asking for a refund as I feel that the consumer should be informed of the risks. I still bought 70 euros worth of products. They don't want to refund me, no commercial gesture on their part. When I told them that all the ingredients did not appear I did not get any answer from them. I am extremely disappointed and angry because too few people minimize allergies but in some cases it can end badly. I put one star to validate my review otherwise I would not have put any.
