During my order I received a product that I had not ordered instead of the one I wanted. After complaining to the customer service, the voucher was sent back to me. Good reactivity and speed of service.

I ordered body creams. The first time, they were in a box. Now, they were thrown in the package like that, in bulk. I didn't really understand. However, I ordered several times from you. Not too happy about this one!!! ....

I received my order and I am very disappointed because in 2 out of 3 products I received there are endocrine disruptors, parabens and. Rated 4 by yuka! I will never put this on my skin, moreover it's been more than a week that I'm waiting for the return of your soap

My parcel was delivered to a post office that is not in my village, and to this day I have not managed to pick it up with the possible hours... knowing that there is an office in my village. Being a mother of 2 small children, I can't find a moment.

I am satisfied with the product but there are no contraindications for its use during pregnancy. However, the essential oil of camphor is neurotoxic for the fetus. Thank you for pointing this out.
