I am not satisfied at all. Pin-up secret to respect their sales charter but the worry is that the package never arrived. Still investigating with the post office as they are unable to get honest delivery people my package is described as delivered but it was not in the mailbox.

I received one product out of 2. I made a complaint 24 hours after I was asked for a photo of the packaging that I obviously put in the trash the day I opened the package, so in the end no refund, no new product that I obviously paid for.

I still haven't received my order!!!

I have a lot of buttons that came out the first time I used it

Product that burned my skin, full of pimples, beautiful dry and burning.

I did not receive all of my order. I reported the day I received my order by email and nobody answered me.

From the first time I used it, I felt like I was being slapped in the face, even though I don't have fragile skin.

Notice to asthmatic allergy sufferers. Do not use pin-up secret products. It is not written anywhere that their products contain essential oils. When I used the soap once my breathing stopped, I felt a burning in my throat and I said an asthma attack. I reported this to their customer service as I was asking for a refund as I feel that the consumer should be informed of the risks. I still bought 70 euros worth of products. They don't want to refund me, no commercial gesture on their part. When I told them that all the ingredients did not appear I did not get any answer from them. I am extremely disappointed and angry because too few people minimize allergies but in some cases it can end badly. I put one star to validate my review otherwise I would not have put any.

15 days late and not even a commercial gesture

I ordered from this site because of an influencer "ad". It's not the first time I try to trust their products sales and I feel like it's the second time I've been tricked. Because my package worth 87€, was notified to me "delivered" when I obviously had. I'm still waiting for the investigation to be done, now we'll see how these things are managed...

An ordered product replaced by another, an after-sales service that offers no suitable solution very disappointed

The soap dries my skin and the cream does not moisturize. My skin is always tight

Very disappointed with the face peel which leaves a grainy veil on the face that is difficult to remove. I do not recommend this product and will never buy it again.

I still haven't received my package, no news from the customer service I contacted, the lady doesn't apologize for the delivery problem and asks me to wait, no goodbye or thank you.
