There was an error in a product delivered (wrong fragrance) and the solution they offered me was to reorder with a 40% discount knowing that I already had this discount when I ordered. Therefore, if there is a delivery error, the customer must keep the product even if it is not the one ordered. This is unacceptable.

I was expecting a lot from this soap, the comments made me want to test it to improve the quality of my skin. After a week of use I had pimples. Things that I didn't have before.
