Order placed on February 17th and still nothing received and it's March 3rd ...

sending the package extremely long, forcing me to call customer service (they, not deigned to inform me) to find out why and following this requires statements of account + identity card supposedly for the anti-fraud service while the payment was cashed by their bank ... invasion of privacy, I'm not sure their method complies with the eyes of the law 👎

I write for those who are fooled and don't dare to react. Terms and conditions guaranteed delivery between 48 and 72 hours, I received my package 24 days later! Customer service not listening, so I contacted customer service who kindly explained what to do. They are obliged to deliver within 30 days maximum, after that you can sue them, which I will still try to do because they don't care about us... that was my delivery notice. My opinion product now, it does not contain goat's milk at all it's a common soap (30 euros) that contains a lot of coconut oil ... I guarantee you girls that if you buy coconut oil (5 euro 300g) you will have the same effect on your pimples and acne and other and even better ... they do a lot of advertising and we have a lot of influencers but if the girls who are fooled would be heard their malfeasance would be revealed in broad daylight ...

The products make me itch, I paid 90 euros for something that is supposed to be a miracle in the end and it burns when I put it on my skin.

I received my order and it was on time and the pills work great. My wife thanks you, I thank you, the bed thanks you, the room , sheet, etc............. Very disappointed

I'm having a reaction on my face and body. On the face burning sensation, redness, heating, tightness + scaling. Very painful, my skin is atopic, very thin and I have eczema. And on the body as well. I used the soap then the precious cream the next day I used the soap, the scrub and the oil-free cream and it was a catastrophic immediate burner.

We cancel an order by email before it is shipped, they don't even take the time to process your request, they send you the package and you have no choice but to return the package at your expense. Unbelievable! Product too expensive for what it is...

Products already opened for delivery with traces of cream around the edges and the anti-burglary tablet torn, I think I received a return order from another person: it's really disgusting for beauty products that are applied to the skin of the face...

I'm not at all happy with my order, I'm missing a product and I can't get in touch with anyone, I won't recommend you.

Hello, I put 1 star because I received the peel almost empty inside so for me this is a scam on the product.

Quite disappointed by the products, which are for the blow comedogenes, and to crown it all on the application to see the composition of the products, 2 out of 4 are poor, because there are endocrine disrupting components ... so I will not use these 2 products.

Product error on delivery. After-sales service contacted but only solution is to send back the wrong product to receive the right one (attention no protection packaging so product opened and touched before discovering that it was not the right one, will they use it for someone else?! Very worrying) or 50% discount. Namely that they sponsor a thousand influencers who already give 40% on the whole site. In short, it's up to the customers to make every effort, to print the return slip, to repack and to queue at the post office because of their mistake... and all this to send back a product that I opened, touched and closed but it doesn't show because there is no protection on the product so I didn't want to do that for the future buyers who might receive a product already opened and I don't plan to spend more than the 70€ already spent. In short a lot of marketing and sponsoring but no gesture towards the paying customers to repair their errors.... otherwise for the products I would post an avi after some time of use.

Disappointed because I ordered a box for a gift and I received my creams without a box.

I didn't receive the right box set (obviously I received the less interesting one)! And the after-sales service sends me back to the carrier. Very disappointed!!!!

I received an order with the box open and some products missing. I immediately contacted customer service by email. I have indicated that I took several photos, I even kept the box ... The answer is surprising: the package is weighed before leaving the warehouse, turn around against the post office. I hope the package was complete! They didn't even try to get more pictures or more details and preferred to answer "you're on your own !" I'm sorry, but this is not serious at all. And to top it all off, they send from an email address that we can't reply to. I'm extremely disappointed in customer management!

For me this brand is mainly a publicity and marketing coup. From the first week, big pimples appeared on my face, my skin being however normally without imperfections.

I ordered the oil-free cream for the second one, I received a cream that did not have the same smell, texture, or feel as the first one. Customer service who does not want to hear anything while I compared my cream with that of a friend no report so I would not recommend much damage because real favorite on my first oil-free cream order.

Daily use in soap and mask once a week. Appearance of pimples, dilated pores. I will not recommend this product.

Product that doesn't suit me at all. Very drying for the skin
