There is 30% of product missing from the jar of cream I ordered, moreover the packaging is damaged (to offer it is really disappointing). I sent a message to the customer service, in reply I was told that the jars are filled automatically and completely ignored the damaged aspect I had mentioned, asking me to show understanding . Really disappointed by the service and experience.

I didn't like the scale at all. After a week I had dry patches and pimples all over my face. My face was very dry and itchy. When I spoke to customer service the only response was "it's normal, it will get better afterwards". In short, I was very dissatisfied and the customer service was terrible.

I am extremely disappointed by the brand not by the quality of its products which I have been using for 2 years now but during the containment I ordered as usual and I have been waiting for my order for 1 month. They have debited me well and ensured a delivery that did not go through and I am waiting for it. No refunds or returns. I therefore advise against ordering during the confinement because the customer service is not up to my expectations.
