Very bad experience, terrible delivery to a relay point 15km from my home, while I had asked for the relay point just in front of my home, at 1 minute, I could not pick up my package a week after receiving confirmation because of the relay point which is 15km from my home at very crazy times 8h-11h30 for a person who works his summer a galley to recover my package I had to pose a morning, great! Goat's milk and cream soap without oil ordered twice. The first time it took forever for the package to arrive. Customer service is not responsive. The second time, the quality of the pump through which the cream comes out leaves something to be desired because to get the right amount of cream I have to press for a long time. These are good products but unfortunately if you are not an instagrameuse you are not entitled to the same quality service what a pity! The order arrived well, I had ordered a cream, a soap and an exfoliant. Alas, after only two days of use, I had a lot of small pimples on my face, my skin became very dry (I have a very oily skin), in short, a catastrophe. I contacted the Pinup Secret service (on the plus side, they are very reactive) and I was told that this was completely normal because the soap has the property of bringing out all the impurities in order to eliminate them, but honestly I don't want to continue. However, my sister uses these products and she did not have the same reactions as me. This is why I am only given one star. I think it varies according to skin type.
