Very bad experience, terrible delivery to a relay point 15km from my home, while I had asked for the relay point just in front of my home, at 1 minute, I could not pick up my package a week after receiving confirmation because of the relay point which is 15km from my home at very crazy times 8h-11h30 for a person who works his summer a galley to recover my package I had to pose a morning, great! Goat's milk and cream soap without oil ordered twice. The first time it took forever for the package to arrive. Customer service is not responsive. The second time, the quality of the pump through which the cream comes out leaves something to be desired because to get the right amount of cream I have to press for a long time.
