Clearly aberrant. Order placed on 31/10. We are the 22/11 and after about 7 calls I am finally offered to send me back my order but to REPAY the shipping costs because my package was lost. Customer service crap, we are promised a return mail to keep us informed of the progress of our order but never anything. Forced to fight for a refund. It's a SCANDAL. To run away.

Shit! I have normal skin and see how it's dried my skin! Supposedly it takes away the marks, pimples and so on, doesn't tell the whole story ! On the contrary it stings and leaves the skin red... stupid for being tempted ! Damn social networks with its pseudo stars with their promo code ! Run away from !!!!

I did not receive my first package because apparently it was sent to the post office while I was waiting for it at home. Then bcp exchanges messages with customer service who gives me a payment to make for the shipping costs. I was unable to pay for it. So I exceeded a second order but the shipping costs in addition were not charged to me .... so they did not deliver my order: I am still waiting for .... because they have debited the amount of the products on my visa and they have the products .....

The peeling does not adhere easily to the skin "lumps" moreover after 2min "small balls" are formed on the down of the skin very hard to remove. When the soap it stung me enormously the skin I had to rinse it very quickly. I tried again 2 days after idem! I had red patches on the face! I bought this range because I only have oily skin and a few blackheads and dilated pores. I have never had such a problem with a cosmetic product! Even the precious cream doesn't suit me at all, my skin is absolutely not matified. I am very disappointed and I won't recommend this range to my friends.

Very disappointed! Buttons ++++ after 2 months of use, so I stopped and I don't find it as good as what they say, texture ... You're disappointed, I wouldn't recommend it.
