I have always been satisfied with my orders but I have to say that the last 2 orders were not very serious. I think that there were some temporary workers in the preparation of the orders because they were the only ones where my order was missing or had nothing to do with what I had ordered, but the customer service department rectified it, fortunately it was not to offer a specific date.
