Very fast, responsive customer service, just a little disappointed not to have had as a gift or commercial gesture two gift boxes to put the two complete sets that I will offer to my daughters! An invoice of 232€ is not nothing ! But let's make do with it !

Great delivery as usual. Normally I use goat's milk soap as a mask but I wanted to try the one in the black box. I don't find it exceptional but then it's true that it doesn't have any drying side of the skin and that's good.

personally I have redness, plaques and pimples normally it must be the opposite ☹️ disappointed after for the delivery a lot of delay 10 days of waiting at least, I continue to use the products but once a month I spent 80€ I do not want to throw them away but I order more because not effective on my skin it has damaged me the skin

Soap smells great. But so far (1 week since I started using the soap) I still don't have any change. I have an acne problem, with spots due to this acne, but since I use it there is no change. Maybe I have to wait a little longer to see the change.
