I am not at all satisfied with the packaging: a bubble wrap for a soap in plastic film is not enough to withstand all the shocks of transport. Neither tissue paper nor extra bubbles. For a gift, the soap is really not presentable because it is full of blows. At the price of the soap, I expected a more careful packaging.

I just regret that once the order has been placed and validated I was asked to validate my basket. This implies that the order has not been made when it is not the case. For people who are less alert or less comfortable with computers, this can lead them to repeat an order that has already been placed. So it is not honest when you know that once the order is placed, even if you can send the second order back, it is so complex for many people that they cannot afford it. Given that it's happened twice on two orders, I wonder if that's the intention and I tend to be less confident. Too bad because the products are impeccable.

I am delighted with the products I have been using for 1 year now: goat's milk soap and precious cream daily. The only downside is the oil-free cream (hence the 4 stars), perfect texture but bad packaging: I never managed to get to the bottom of the bottle so for the price, it's a shame to lose quantity...
