super product never seen before!!!!

Products that meet my expectations

Rather pleasant product, cleans well and thoroughly. A disappointment however since one of my soap was a little crushed when I received it.

Package received very quickly, very well packed in a nice box. I have been testing the products for 1 week now but so far I am very satisfied with them.

The products are fine unfortunately I still have oily skin.

Efficient but unfortunately very expensive soap

I love these products that have clearly helped me fight my acne. The smell of goat's milk is not a problem and the creams are pleasant to apply and it's easy to put make-up on behind. I recently re-ordered and didn't receive the box that came with the batch I bought in good condition, which is a shame as I would have liked to leave it on display. Without it, the delivery is fast, the prices are correct and accessible during the promotions!! Vanessa.R

The packaging is not really top quality, fortunately it does not reflect the quality of the goat's milk soap.

I'm afraid the precious cream I ordered got hot in the relay point. The texture is very liquid and dries out my skin very much, as if I was only putting on water and it lacked moisture. The appearance is a rather transparent liquid with lumps of cream. I don't think this is normal and I'm terribly disappointed to have paid for a product that was not insured when it was delivered/stored at the relay point offered by Pin Up Secret. Notice to other consumers: DO NOT ORDER IN SUMMER, YOU RISK TO LOSE YOUR MONEY. I would like to try to recommend this cream with another delivery point but I can't risk throwing the money away unless the brand makes a commercial gesture to me and takes into account the heat wave that is not always well provided by delivery services. As for the mask soap, always satisfied, this product is top! I highly recommend it, it works miracles (even for sunburns that it soothes).
