I placed my order the day before the black Friday, 28 November. Not having received it on 3/12 I sent an email to PinUp Secret who answered me that the delay was due to the number of Black Friday orders and that my order would be shipped on 4, I received it on Saturday 7 (due to the strike on 5). Despite everything I received an email as I went along to keep me informed. Maybe they should have anticipated that there would be a lot of orders for Black Friday. If my order would have gone through on Friday 29th, I would have received it on Monday 2nd.

I ordered the precious cream, the face peel, the goat's milk soap and the oil-free cream. I did not test the creams (the soap is validated) but I think it will be at the top for 2 of them. I am quite surprised and disappointed with the composition of the oil free cream which is rather poor. With several endocrine disruptors... So I'm not going to use it unfortunately... Otherwise in terms of packaging, it is sublime. As for the capacity, it is correct even if it could be a little bit increased. I therefore recommend the goat's milk soap, the precious cream and the face peeling.

I've only been using the products for 2 weeks. For the moment no improvement of my acne for the moment I don't even have any more pimples but I'm going to persevere a bit because my skin surely needs to get used to it... afterwards the products smell very good and leave the skin feeling soft. On the other hand, I am seeing an improvement in the excess sebum that I no longer have. The oil-free cream is great. For the soap you should have a box for a question of hygiene it would be better to sell it with it. I am waiting to see the effects on a longer term to be really objective.

For the first 4-5 days, the soap brings out all our pimples, but after that it's all right, a well-cleansed skin, a skin that breathes, with less impurities. For it to work, you have to do it daily, otherwise it's useless.
