So far I haven't seen any real results, but I still like the range I've chosen (goat's milk soap, precious oil cream). The soap dries out the skin a little (which is normal), so I recommend applying a cream afterwards.

I find that the storage boxes for the teint précieux soap are not at all practical. I'm disappointed, I expected better.

I'm very happy with the soap, less so with the cream, which I find too matte.

I didn't receive the whole package, one of the creams was forgotten and I only received it once instead of twice.

Disappointed with the format of the products ... I would have liked to have the small brush or the box for the soap ...

I ordered a make-up remover, which I haven't received. I contacted the after-sales service, but they didn't reply. It's not the first time I've ordered from them. I've always been satisfied. Disappointing

I ordered the soap with its box and I only received the brain and instead of sending it back to me I was given a promo code. I find this disappointing: you pay for something you don't receive.

Order received promptly but one item was missing from my parcel. And out of concern for the environment, I could pick up this item free of charge by reordering. I think this is a bit unfair... because I paid 83.33€ for this order and, conversely, if I only paid half price for an order received, I'm not sure the company would like that. In short, disappointed :(

I've noticed that the goat's milk soap product has much less milk than the first purchase and I'm very disappointed. Yet I bought this soap again without finishing the first one and comparing them.

Quality product. My skin is much more beautiful since I started using Pin Up Secret products. One small drawback: the oil's packaging. The cap doesn't fit on the bottle.

I order and recommend goat's milk soap every time there's a good promo code (at full price, it's still too expensive compared to competing products).

The oil-free cream is really good, but the glass bottle is not ideal. There's a lot of cream left in the bottle. The angles inside the bottle should be rounded to make it easier to extract the cream and reduce waste. Several cartons of the oil-free cream were damaged, which is inconvenient if you want to give them as gifts. But the products are great.
