Hello, I am very pleased with the products but unfortunately I had a very bad surprise when I received the package because I had to pay for other shipping costs. 24.-ch Swiss francs :-(( It is at no time written in your site that charges are applied ! It's not bad, but it doesn't totally get rid of the rash. I still have some in spite of the ritual of the mask and wash with soap every day as well as the cream and I also make another granular cream but the texture and the feeling on the other hand is very good.

During the first few days my skin was getting better and better, less pimples was great! But then I started to notice that my skin was getting oily and shiny, I noticed that my pores were completely dilated even in places where I had never seen it before, I recommend the mask once a week but certainly not washing my face with it daily.

Package received on time. The soap smells good and I can't wait to see how effective it is based on the positive feedback from clients. Small downside: It's a pity that the soap is not a preservation box and is only wrapped in its plastic film. Other than that, nothing to complain about.
