I've only received eight soaps out of nine orders, and I've notified the company without anyone contacting me to ask what happened.

Yes, I did receive my order with a product that leaked, so it was defective. I reported it and was asked to send photos of the products and the box, which I did the same day, except that today it's dead calm, no returns, so yes, this time I'm not satisfied with this order. Sincerely

The soap is not the same I used to order since 2022 but recently I just ordered the soap has become smaller and no longer has the same smell.

Hello, I find that this cream is not at all moisturizing, it pulls at my skin. On the other hand, I really like the soap. Sincerely

My parcel was supposedly delivered to my babysitter, which is not the case. I have made complaints and I am still told that the delivery has been made.

I am not satisfied with the peeling and the oil-free cream, very bad composition and not good for my health m. I am very disappointed! The soap is superb and so is the precious cream.

I ordered because the influencer Selma said in her story that there was no more dead sea water in the peel, I read the ingredients and there is some false advertising

Quality products that I have been using for over 1 year. However, order with soap box. Out of stock. So coupon + delivery of the box in the next order. I would have preferred a refund of the box. Very responsive customer service.

The Pin Up Secret soap is very pleasant to use and leaves the skin very soft once washed. I can't see any results yet, as I've only been using it for a week. The only drawback I can say is the smell, which could really be improved as it's reminiscent of the smell of mosquito repellent sprays! I hope the smell can be improved.

Order received on time. But opening the cream and finding what looks like an eyelash or a hair... not so good. After-sales service proposal: either I return the cream, wait some more, and receive another one. Or a 50% discount code. Personally, I threw the cream away, so I didn't really have a choice but to pay again. I don't really get the idea of getting back a cream that's fit for the garbage can .... so I'm not sure I'll be recommending it.

Excellent products, nothing to complain about, but the packaging for the shipment is very poor and above all there's no little note, which is a real shame.
