Quality products that I have been using for over 1 year. However, order with soap box. Out of stock. So coupon + delivery of the box in the next order. I would have preferred a refund of the box. Very responsive customer service.

The Pin Up Secret soap is very pleasant to use and leaves the skin very soft once washed. I can't see any results yet, as I've only been using it for a week. The only drawback I can say is the smell, which could really be improved as it's reminiscent of the smell of mosquito repellent sprays! I hope the smell can be improved.

Order received on time. But opening the cream and finding what looks like an eyelash or a hair... not so good. After-sales service proposal: either I return the cream, wait some more, and receive another one. Or a 50% discount code. Personally, I threw the cream away, so I didn't really have a choice but to pay again. I don't really get the idea of getting back a cream that's fit for the garbage can .... so I'm not sure I'll be recommending it.
