After placing an order I received the wrong product by mistake, so I reported it. 2 solutions were proposed to me 2 weeks later after several exchanges: - 50% on the next order - sending a return label Result, after almost a month I still do not have the product I ordered because I did not have time to rectify their error. Too bad the customer service is not top notch. I like the product but I didn't like this last experience, I'm not sure I would recommend.
