Satisfied until I get a 25euro fee from the post office ... so annoying for 2 soaps ... but still a fan of your products.

Order arrived on time. Package perfectly packed. Soap at the top, facial peeling at the top, gentle exfoliating care well the smell bothers me a little I find that it smells strong. On the other hand .... The cream without oil and the precious cream does not correspond to my skin, I have hormonal acne. These 2 creams don't moisturize my skin enough and I got pimples on top of that. I think that it is perfect products for skins without any problem. On the other hand for the skins with problem such as mine the creams do not make their effect. For the rest I am satisfied

The scrub is very pleasant because it is very fine. The makeup remover is surprisingly thick and milky, but very quickly absorbed by the skin. I am satisfied with my purchases

Good delivery 6 days after order. Well packaged and everything. But the precious dye soap was missing. It was sent back very quickly with reactivity by the customer service. A commercial gesture, like for example a product would not have been too much. (Spirit of merchant) in short it is hyper quality and the packs are really worth the price. I recommend it.

My oil-free cream doesn't pump and I had to insist to get only a 50% discount on my next item.

Ordered a little longer than expected because of the strikes. I used the soap twice, the peeling once and the oil-free cream and the floral mist several times. As my skin is generally fragile, when I introduce a new product, I use it gradually. The soap I decided to use it once a week (on weekends) for the moment. The cream I alternate with 1 other but the mist smells so good that I can't help but put it on every morning. This routine satisfies me for the moment. I will see in the long run how my skin reacts. After that I'll be honest, I don't know if I will make another order because the products are expensive. Also, I was thinking of getting a brush to help me apply the soap because I couldn't find one on the website. But apparently, I must not be vip enough to have it. Anyway, I sincerely hope I wouldn't have a negative reaction like some reviews I read on other sites. For the moment, I have nothing to report. My spouse found my face a little softer than usual and the smell was pleasant.

Very good product eliminating pimples but makes the skin really dry despite the cream, skin peels

During my order I received a product that I had not ordered instead of the one I wanted. After complaining to the customer service, the voucher was sent back to me. Good reactivity and speed of service.

In 2 weeks the products dried out my skin and made it red and flaky.

I have been a loyal customer for many years because the products are really high quality. But my last order at Pin Up secret disappointed me a lot, because I received only half of the products! On an order has 150Euros (except promotional code) I find totally scandalous. And the after sales service is almost inexistent. They answered me 4 days later, telling me that I had 24 hours after receipt of the package, to make a claim with photos. I was waiting for their answer for 4 days. Clever! Too bad that this happens too often...
