The products are good but every time wrong or not all products are delivered, then you have to contact them, there are repeated inquiries from customer service, so you repeatedly invest time and energy into their mistakes and there is no adequate compensation. An offer for a 20% voucher, which is only valid for 6 months and would only benefit the company, because I would then order products that I do not need. So the customer service and especially the packing of the packages is more than unsatisfactory!

Only the delivery with DPD is a disaster. For 4 days in a row they fail to deliver to the parcel shop, claiming they couldn't find me. Now it's not in my nearby shop but in some village 10 km away... great... As long as DPD is handling deliveries for them, I will not order again.
