I've ordered a lot from pin up secret and I've never been disappointed except that the soap was missing from my order so they did what was necessary to send it back to me and I thank them because it was very fast :)

This is not my first time ordering but my last experience was disappointing. I'm not talking about the quality of the products which I love, I'm talking about the customer service. On my last order, I was missing a product. I immediately reported it. I called back a week later. It's been 10 days and I have no answer, no refund, no return. Disappointed.

Nothing to say about the delivery, which was fast. First try of pin up secret products and I am quite disappointed, I do not like the consistency of the exfoliating care, it rinses badly and leaves a feeling of greasy skin.

Very pleasant soap. I feel a difference after several days of use in soap and masked. My skin seems clearer and more homogeneous. On the other hand the soap dries out a lot, do not hesitate to put a moisturizer afterwards. Satisfied with my purchase. To see in time

I have been using the soap for 3 years now, morning and night, after removing my make-up, and I am delighted. My son, who is entering his teenage years, has skin problems. Since he has been using this soap, his skin is much prettier because it allows him to dry his pimples very quickly.
