1st order on the site. Order placed on July 9, received on the 18th. Order received in 10 days with 1 public holiday. I find the delay between shipping and pickup receipt a bit long (8 days). Very pleasant product to use, will see over time for the results.

Good brand, good product. A bit complicated with the shipping overview.

The packaging was crumpled and I find it bad that you have to pay 2 euros more for home delivery. The product, however, is great and worth every cent!

Delivery took way too long

Everything went great, I waited about 9 days for my order. It was sent to a package shop. I'm currently testing the product, so far I'm satisfied.

The product is good. The shipping took a long time and I found it inconvenient that it was not delivered to my home, but that I had to drive to a package station instead.

Unfortunately, it was difficult to get the notifications in German. Otherwise everything.

Unfortunately, the soaps arrived crushed. The function is the same, but it doesn't look nice. And I have a lot of crumbs in my hand. Not suitable for gifting either.

The orange soap stains. My fingernails were yellowish afterwards. Even after washing again with soap. This should be mentioned, please. The other soap is great.

Unfortunately, the order was not delivered correctly. I had ordered three sets, but only three pieces of goat milk soap arrived. Then I wrote an email to complain about this, and I was asked to get back to them within 24 hours and provide photos. Thank God I still had them. Now I'm curious to see what comes of it when the delivery arrives, but the initial contact was not optimal.

Very unfortunate that the shipping overview and status are only in French. The soap itself smells great and is awesome!

I love the products and I am loyal, but for this order my package was soaked with body scrub that had leaked and there was it everywhere on the other products. After the customer service was very responsive and sent me a scrub for free. Thank you Pinup everything is back to normal. I remain of course loyal to the brand.

I had ordered a set of soap and a soap dish, but instead of the soap dish, I received a brush. I reported the error to customer service. As compensation, I was offered either the resending of the soap dish or a 50% voucher – I chose the voucher. After I specified my desired product for the voucher, I was surprisingly informed that there would now only be a 40% discount. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response to my inquiry about why the voucher was suddenly reduced. Since there has been no response to my follow-up until today, I now apparently have no solution – neither soap dish nor voucher. The communication was friendly at first, but ultimately disappointing and unreliable. Three stars due to the customer service in the lack of feedback! The products are really great.

Delivery time is too long. Shipping costs for home deliveries are too expensive. The product is good.

The cream is great. Unfortunately, the pumps work very poorly. I won't be able to use most of the cream.

Very satisfactory product, in line with my wishes

The soap is great, my skin feels good. It is versatile and even great for shaving in the shower. Suggestion for improvement: TRAVEL SIZE I would like a smaller size with a suitable soap case for traveling! I'm already considering cutting the soap to be able to take it small and safe on my many trips.

Products are great as always, the only downside is that the goods are not delivered to the front door and always have to be picked up at a station.

The products went to 50% off just after my order. I have been ordering for many years and never received any loyalty gesture.
