I regularly order my goat's milk soap because it is a need. However, the delivery service is deplorable! I live in Belgium and the packages are sometimes delivered with the envelope torn and no bowl for me it happened to me to receive an empty envelope without the Soap I paid for! Very disappointed with the customer service who did absolutely nothing although I brought the Only Proof In My Possession! I would have liked to put a higher note but because of this inconvenience without compensation I can't! Otherwise the soap is great!

The soap is great and the smell great, not yet used enough to describe the benefits. The cream is nice but very disappointing because I scanned it on yuka and discovered it is full of harmful products including 1 moderate risk phenoxyethanol and 1 very high risk benzophenone...
