So the first day of use everything goes well, I have a soft skin, but the following days I started to catch pimples while I NEVER had any! I had bought the goat milk soap because I had heard that it tightens the pores of the skin, and I find myself with a lot of pimples, knowing that I have never had pimples I am really very disappointed

After using the products I bought, I developed a lot of pimples that I didn't have at all before. My skin was very itchy when I applied them. I do not recommend pin up secret products.

Disappointed, it was a year that I ordered this cream, perfect texture, usual smell and there since the change of the pot, the smell is not the same, the texture is not so fine. I am disappointed ...

Package received quickly (1 week) Disappointed to pay 15€ of customs fees when I used a 16€ promo code... It came back as the base price...

2 stars because the only positive point is the delivery time nothing to say, the time is well respected. On the other hand, surprise, I have one of my products where the lid is cracked. For the price, I was expecting something more solid than cheap plastic. Finally, these products don't seem to be suitable for my facial skin. I bought the goat milk soap and the silky cream. When I use the soap as a mask (once a week and I've been using them for 2 weeks and a few days), it stings and the cream applied after cleansing does not relieve it. On the contrary, it dries my skin. I am disappointed despite all the positive reviews I have read. Too bad for me.

My feeling about my last purchase is not very good. I had to take steps with your customers following a bug in your system. My account was debited and my purchases were not registered on your site. Following my requests, my order was sent to me but I did not receive any explanation concerning this incident.

I wanted to tell you that I was very disappointed with the reception of the package and especially with the plastic added inside. I buy solid to not use all these plastic bottles anymore, and stop filling my garbage cans unnecessarily. I let you see in picture the quantity of waste received for only 1 product. I buy solid soaps elsewhere and I receive them in an adapted box, without any plastic and their state is impeccable. Moreover you add a plastic around the soap which is itself in a cardboard box! Unfortunately, I question the natural side of the soap that has been in contact (how long?) with this plastic very tight to the product. It's a shame, I don't think I'll order from you anymore

I love the soaps, but I have the impression that you have changed the components because the soaps do not have the same effect on the skin as the previous ones.

I bought the soap on the recommendation of several people and it turns out that it dries out my skin. And the dry oil doesn't help. Given the price I am disgusted. I think this is due to my skin and not the soap. What a shame.

Does not suit me at all. Dry and red skin since I use these products. The smell is not necessarily divine. I have a combination skin with some pimples sometimes, so I don't recommend for this type of skin. When I apply the cream after cleansing with soap, it burns me. Very disappointed.

Product at the height of the quality communicated. However, when I opened my package, the lid of the cream was broken. Impossible to close the jar properly

Order received quickly enough, but I would have thought and I would have liked that by ordering a pack my order is nicely packed and not put in bulk in bubble wrap in a simple delivery box. For a pack purchased I could still have had my products in a nice box especially since it was to offer so it's a little average just received in bubble wrap.

Products not suitable for acneic and dehydrated skin.

I have no doubt that these must be good products but they are not at all suitable for very dry and sensitive skin. After application, my skin feels tight and even drier than before applying the cream.

I had ordered the whole range a few years ago because I had severe acne and it had no effect on my skin. I renewed the experience a few months ago, with a much less present acne (thanks to the Cerave soap) and again no result on my skin. I am therefore disappointed by this product, especially at this price. I put two stars for the smell which is very pleasant, we can feel the goat milk, and also for its duration in time, I finished it after 6 months with a use every evening.

Fast shipping. But disappointed with the quality of the products that dry the face too much.

26 euros : too expensive for a soap with goat milk (knowing that despite the publicity on this miracle product against acne and on the fact that it is with goat milk ; the goat milk is not the main ingredient of the composition of the soap and besides this one contains comedogenic elements after I don't believe that it caused me more buttons than usual but in any case it didn't remove me : bcp of publicity for a simple soap) However, fast delivery, soap that smells good and lathers well, that applies well: that's nice! As for the cream with goat milk + tea tree; it's not bad but it's still a bit lame for the price --> I don't know if it's of much use (to be seen later for these two products but in any case it should be much more exceptional and miraculous against acne given the huge false publicity built up around these products as well as their price!)

This is the second time I have ordered and I am very disappointed. My package was delivered to a relay point when I had asked for a delivery at my home however I really like your products.
