My order was charged twice, 2 days apart. As a precaution I preferred to block my credit card, which cost me bank fees to make a new card. You reimbursed me without any problem, but it still cost me the bank fees. I don't know if I will order again.

I am waiting to see the effects of the products I ordered. As for my experience, VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! My order was debited twice on my account without being informed by the customer service. It was me who contacted them who told me that a technical problem was in progress! It would have been judicious in a concern of transparency and customer satisfaction to inform us where else. Hello. Effective products for the skin with problems but really too expensive! A soap has 26 euros while we can find soaps with goat's milk for less than that in pharmacy or organic store. It's a pity that the prices are so high, I think that people would take them more easily if they were accessible to everyone.

I have for several days a burning sensation when I applied the precious cream... I have atopic skin, sensitive skin with eczema tendencies I do not recommend the cream even if according to the site it is adapted otherwise the goat milk soap and the gentle exfoliating care I have not much to say no change on my skin.
