Makes my skin completely dry and I have even more pimples than before!!!

No results so far ... to be seen but disappointed for the moment

At the beginning I thought the product was very good and after the 3rd day I started to get pimples on my face that I never had before

After receiving the products, I saw that their composition did not suit me so I sent the package back and it was at my expense so 6.50€ for nothing. I should have been careful before ordering.

Very intuitive site. I have been using the pin up secret products for 1 week now. The exfoliating care does its job, having dry skin I did not have tightness. On the other hand, the use of the soap morning and evening I have redness by rinsing and the cream I must put "quite a lot" to avoid this effect dry skin. It happens that 1 hour later I have the impression that I have not put any cream on certain parts of my face. As I said above, I have a dry and dark skin. I'll wait and continue in the long run and see...

As a new customer, I was eager to get my products. I made a mistake with one of the products in an offer and I realized it just after the validation. Within 5 minutes I wrote an email to have the product changed before the package was prepared. I had to pay a supplement and shipping costs, initially offered for the amount I had at the order. I sent an email back after making this payment, asking for a commercial gesture. They just apologized for the inconvenience. The products seem to be of good quality but the after-sales service is deplorable, especially considering the price of the products! I didn't ask for much and it would be nice to be able to change an order within half an hour of ordering.

It's been a week and a few days since I started, I have no results yet... so I wait and I continue...😉

Literally ruined my face... ultra dry and hyper dehydrated skin after 2 days of use. With red rings of irritation. So I stopped using it and started using nivea cream to rehydrate my face, which still hasn't regained its suppleness after a week...

I have psoriasis on my face, so I ordered this cream. I find that it is not moisturizing and nourishing enough. Not even 2 minutes after application, I feel that my skin pulls again as if I had not put anything. I am very disappointed with this cream, which was touting its merits and its action against psoriasis.

Soap damaged by transport it was sent in a vulgar bubble envelope ... it's average for a soap at 20euros for the result game yet not enough used but it is very aggressive as soap I find ... see with time

24 days to receive the package

I've had the soap + precious cream for almost a week now, I still don't see the results (or my skin has gotten worse). I hope that the claimed results will appear!

Usually I order on pinup secret goat soap it is good I ordered 2 soaps lately I was disappointed by the appearance of the soaps it does not lather as I had ordered a 1 ere time

The pump on my oil-free cream isn't working. It's a pity I hadn't had a problem the previous times.

I bought the face peel, the precious complexion secret and the sublime silhouette secret. So rather satisfied with the sublime silhouette especially on dry areas. On the other hand, the other two have a repulsive smell. To the point of not using them again.

Delivery time much too long. Order placed on February 15 and parcel received on March 4, 2021. After several mails and phone call to get news about my package. I thought I had a commercial gesture from them but nothing. A little disappointed all the same.
