Actually very satisfied with the products. The last order seems to have included a product that had already been opened and unfortunately we have still not received any response regarding this.

I received the parcel, but the oxymineral purifying mask was all open, it had overflowed. I preferred to throw it away because even the plastic protection wasn't there.

Over €4 for such a small product.

I received the goat soap as a birthday present from a friend and was very impressed, so I wanted to try other products. I ordered several products, but they never arrived. I get messages almost every day that my parcel is waiting for me at the DPD packing station in my town, but I've been there so many times and the parcel just can't be found. I've also written to Pin Up secret about it, but have never received a reply. dpd same game. In any case, I'm super disappointed that I've had to chase after the parcel for weeks and don't understand why it wasn't simply sent to the address I gave. That's why I'm giving two stars for the product, because it's good. However, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Delivery takes a very long time!

The products are good, but unfortunately my order was not delivered in full and I was unable to contact customer service. Very annoying.

I always have to go to the parcel store because you simply don't send to my address. I've also tried the contact form but I haven't heard back either.

Not good customer service! Received a completely wrong delivery. Had to drive to a DPD drop-off point to send it back. My delivery was only sent off when I proved that I had returned the wrong delivery. It was a gift, so unfortunately it was too late and I still don't have my order. I have not received any compensation in the form of a product or voucher for the extra effort. Good customer service looks different. Very disappointing!

Unfortunately too expensive for this tiny bar of soap. There are better ones for less money and without other additives...

There was a fly wrapped in my soap!

Unfortunately, one pack was damaged, so it's silly to give it away

Unfortunately, the extra was not included for orders over a certain value.

One of the scrubs I ordered had already been opened and had leaked. The pack was also broken.

One product is described in German, the other in French, the cap on the oil-free cream doesn't go up by itself, the texture of the creams is not at all the same as usual, especially the precious cream, which feels like burning, whereas it usually feels cooler. Really disappointed.

The shipping method was subsequently changed from my home address to a PickUp Store without my agreement. Although I paid extra for shipping to my home address.

I'm running out of products

There was a problem with my order. I received a product that I had not ordered and did not receive another that I had ordered. No news from customer service.

Fast shipping is good, but when an item is missing it's not so good.

Frankly, the goat's milk soap is great, I can see the results, and the oil-free cream that I bought with it is top-notch. When I put it on, it dries fairly quickly and doesn't look like I've used cream, but I'm only giving it 2 stars because the oil-free cream comes in very small quantities, and it's still expensive even with a 40% discount.

Order has not yet arrived or has apparently been lost

I have a real physical mailing address that all parcel services know, but not Pinup Secret's shipping department. So I can't place >orders to my address and have to find another address from friends. Furthermore, I cannot reset my password. It does ask for the registered email address for a password reset link. But there is definitely no email with the reset link.

Products were missing from my order, although there was a written apology, this was not necessarily customer-friendly.

I bought the goat's milk soap after seeing how many people successfully treat their reddened skin etc. Unfortunately, it doesn't help me at all. Unfortunately, it doesn't help me at all. If I leave it on a little longer, my skin also starts to burn. I wouldn't buy it again.

My peeling gel is lumpy and crumbly. I rather suspect that it was expired. It's a shame that these are not inexpensive products.

It may work for some, but for me the goat's milk soap is far too drying (despite having oily/mixed skin). It destroyed my skin barrier a little, even though I diligently applied the matching cream (Creme Sans Huile) afterwards. The cream also rolled off if I didn't want to use it on its own (without any other potential cream or serum). But what is great is the scent of the products.

Product is great - but poor customer service

Unfortunately, one product was missing and I couldn't reach anyone by phone.

I am generally satisfied, great products! I've been ordering for a long time. One product was missing from a delivery and I didn't get a replacement. Instead, I had to "prove" in a complicated way that something was missing. As if I was missing a foot cream...

Not for me. My skin couldn't cope with it.

I ordered a make-up remover, which I haven't received. I contacted the after-sales service, but they didn't reply. It's not the first time I've ordered from them. I've always been satisfied. Disappointing

Order not in conformity with what I validated

I ordered the soap with its box and I only received the brain and instead of sending it back to me I was given a promo code. I find this disappointing: you pay for something you don't receive.
