An error in my very first order. I was offered to choose between either an exchange or a discount on another product! Nice anyway but as a trade, both could have put in granted. That's a shame!!! As of today, I still haven't received my exchange.

One of the bottles was already opened; label guaranteeing the authenticity cut and leakage of liquid therefore unusable not knowing what can be inside; refund refused because it is part of a box; alternative; 50% voucher for the purchase of another product or package to receive another product as if the people who bought on the net had the time to manage all these histories; never had that with my usual brands .

Hello, I don't like the smell of the body cream at all. The texture of the face cream is weird, it makes my skin tense. On the other hand, I like the goat soap.

Disappointed by the after sales service. Following an error in my order (received another product than the one ordered) the customer service offers me a coupon to buy my product that I had ordered by repaying the shipping costs. I understand that the error can happen but the repair of the damage for the purchaser should be without financial consequence ... I am a regular customer in particular.

Excellent products, nothing to say, but sending them in a poor piece of bubble wrap, poorly presented, without a word invoice nothing is very limited. It's as if the products had been taken and thrown into the shipping box like that...

The soap dried out my face after 3 days of use and yet I have oily skin, the precious cream and the oil-free cream were not moisturizing enough to counterbalance the dryness brought by the soap. The mask is nothing more than a normal clay mask, the peeling is fine and the exfoliant has not yet been tested. I have to stop using soap and creams, I'm quite disappointed.

I usually order on pin up secret either on my account or on my sister's account. No worries until now and there I wanted to treat myself by testing the mist in addition to a complete pack and surprise no mist. The customer service told me that given the weight there was everything or another item but no. The weight that I weighed is not good compared to the one received (new items inside). No return or commercial gesture to reorder. Very disappointed knowing that since 2019 I recommend the products to everyone. I will add my opinion on customer service from now on.

The soap dries my skin too much and the oil-free cream does not moisturize me enough, my skin is always tight. On the other hand my husband who has an excess of sebum the combo suits him perfectly.
