Fast delivery. Remember to pack the package a little better. The soap arrived in a bubble envelope and slightly damaged but this does not affect its use. The product is very effective

I am rather mitigating because the soap is well textured the smell is great but for me it did not make miracles it did not decrease my pimples, and the big negative point is that the soap is already small after 1 month of use morning and evening so it is good otherwise apart from that it is good.

The products look good, I haven't seen any improvement yet but I haven't been using it for very long so I'll have to see. The soap is very good, the only drawback is that the gentle exfoliator may be a little too gentle, I don't think it really exfoliates.

Mixed reviews. So far no problems with them but my last order took 2 weeks to be shipped and I find it unacceptable to have to harass customer service to choose a package shipment . The least I can do is to warn customers for example by putting a general message on the home page informing them that there is a delay due to the balance otherwise good product that works.

I'm happy with this soap, it's the second one I've used. Just, question of practicality at the beginning of the soap, it is very big and smells strong (lavender I would say????).
