The lids of the Creme Sans Huile bottles cannot be closed properly on any flat surface. They keep going up so that the lid only sits on top each time. This is particularly inconvenient when you are out and about and have the cream in your bag, as the lid then falls off every time and the bottle lies open in the bag. However, the product itself is highly recommended.

Order received promptly but one item was missing from my parcel. And out of concern for the environment, I could pick up this item free of charge by reordering. I think this is a bit unfair... because I paid 83.33€ for this order and, conversely, if I only paid half price for an order received, I'm not sure the company would like that.
