I was surprised by the package. A simple cardboard envelope with the product inside, not 1 wrapping paper, not 1 bubble, not 1 card or even an invoice. It's a dry product. Nothing to report about the product and pin up secret but the carrier is to be avoided! I received emails from the fraudulent carrier indicating that the relay for my parcel had been changed... I went twice... nothing! In the end I went to the original delivery address and there was my parcel! A bitter delivery experience. But the product is great!
