I went to pick up my parcel yesterday at the post office and when I opened it, the "peeling" product was completely open and therefore empty! So I paid for an item that I couldn't use. I am quite disappointed

Fast delivery. On the other hand, the product was quite squashed, I think it was not protected enough for transport. It's not a big deal since it's a soap but it's true that it's always a bit disappointing not to receive a perfect product.
