Very satisfied with my order 👍 Customer service told me that it would take a long time to receive my order and in the end I received it very quickly, I was even very surprised but I'm delighted! The products seem effective, but I don't have enough experience yet, I've only been using them for a week.

This time my parcel took a long time to arrive and instead of being delivered to my home it was put in a relay point without my agreement. The products are still very good. I'm always satisfied with the soaps and creams. The peeling is really great. I'm a little disappointed with the shampoo, which doesn't suit me.

Very satisfied with your products (cream and fluid soap). Delivery time and quality very good. A small problem with the glass bottle for the fluid, which has become opaque (previously transparent), making it difficult to see how much is left in the bottle.

As I've only been using my product for a week, I can't say much about it yet. I really like it so far, except that I have really tight and dry skin after using it. But my night cream takes care of that and I don't notice any more. I would buy it again and again.

Overall, the products are great. Just a big intolerance to the bi-phase make-up remover. My eyes got all red and puffy. As soon as I applied it, I felt a burning sensation, I should have stopped using it straight away...

The order took a little longer, but that was probably because I ordered just before New Year's Eve. That's why I didn't find the slightly longer delivery time quite so bad. What does bother me, however, is that you can only order the parcel to a DPD pick-up store and not directly to your home. I don't think that's appropriate in the year 2024.
