The packaging is very nice, the products smell very good. On the other hand, the cream does not come out of the cork. I pressed it but the cream doesn't come out... I don't know if my message here is enough or if I should send an email directly to the brand? In any case I am happy to have received these products but the cork that does not work is disturbing ...
