I've been using the precious soap and cream for two weeks. I don't see too much difference so I hope that in time I will see... in any case I have softer skin. But great product!

Very fast delivery, as far as the products are concerned, I've been testing them for a week now, so it's difficult to say if they are good or not.

This time the delivery was fast, the first time very long due to a stock problem but nobody had warned me. I think the after sales service should be reviewed.

Customer service in Gold. And yes, when I first delivered my precious cream was completely spilled in the package; I contacted them the same day and I got an answer within 2 hours and a new cream 2 days later. As far as the products are concerned, I have been using the peel, soap and precious cream for a week and a half; all my pimples came out but no improvement since then, I will continue hoping for an improvement.

Mask soap is at its best! Small negative point: delivered without soap holder not top for hygiene.

Oh, that's great. But a little note in the package or a little more girly packaging would be nice.
