Disappointed with this order. The packaging of the Secret de Velours body cream was poorly done and not verified with the shipment of the order. The result was that the cream was spilled into the bubble wrap. I am waiting for a discount to be able to place another order; the delay to get a promotional code in compensation is still long (I have been waiting for 4 working days). I hope to get at least 50 or 60%. As for the other products, I'm fine. I would like to point out that this is not my first order at Pin Up Secret and that it's the first time it happened to me.

I received my package but with some products missing and one product not ordered. Error of the services of Pin Up Secret. Instead of sending me back the missing products, Pin Up Secret gives me a promo code at -50% to buy back the missing products under the pretext that I keep the extra product delivered by (their) mistake! 2 stars because the only positive point is the delivery time nothing to say, the time is well respected. On the other hand, surprise, I have one of my products where the lid is cracked. For the price, I was expecting something more solid than cheap plastic. Finally, these products don't seem to be suitable for my facial skin. I bought the goat milk soap and the silky cream. When I use the soap as a mask (once a week and I've been using them for 2 weeks and a few days), it stings and the cream applied after cleansing does not relieve it. On the contrary, it dries my skin. I am disappointed despite all the positive reviews I have read. Too bad for me.
