Unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied with the product. After using the soap, I had an allergic reaction and my skin is severely swollen. For a product costing 66 €, I would have expected significantly more tolerability and quality. I would like to return the product and get my money back. Unfortunately, I cannot find any reachable customer service on your website. Therefore, I urgently request contact and clarification of this problem.

I immediately got pimples and redness, I can't tolerate the soap at all.

Stupid, that Pinup still doesn't take my address. It works with other providers. I don't want to do without Pinup's products anymore.

Indeed, I ordered a cream and they sent me a different product instead. I sent an email about this and they replied that they could either give me a 50% voucher for the same product or allow me to return the product. What I am unhappy about is that the shipping costs were still my responsibility even though it was not my fault and I was not the one at fault in this order.
