these are good products but as for the delivery.... change carriers. i had to wait a week to pick up my package which had already arrived at the post office but your carrier was not able to warn me that the package had arrived. i had to go there by chance to realize that the package had arrived. only one piece of advice to give you: change carriers!

After 2 weeks of use, with soap and precious cream: no change. Moreover the cream is not at all adapted, my skin remains almost dry after having put some on! Does not hydrate at all. Not too fond of the smell.

I was very disappointed with the first time I placed the order and it went very well. I was very pleased with the service and the pills, I had to pay for them. I'm not sure I'm going to order again next time and I think it's a shame because the brand itself is great and I've told everyone I know about it.

Disappointed with the packaging. I thought I would receive a box with the products inside because it's a gift and I chose this format to give it away. Given the name of the product: I thought I would have it in a box, but otherwise I have not tested the product, it's not for me and it's for Christmas. I received the order perfectly without any worries, within the right time frame... but on the other hand I am disappointed with the quality of the products and the effectiveness, because at first I could see the difference, and after 1 week and a half of care... I had a bad reaction, that is to say that I had my head full of tiny little red pimples, and so I was even more complex about what I was already... So very, very disappointed.

I'm happy with my order. However, the pump on my cream bottle is not working. After writing to customer service I was told that the pump was broken, and that the only solution was to cut the end of the hose... not great customer service.
