I have been a customer of pin-up secret for almost a year. I like the products but I am disappointed with the customer service, I have sent several to report that I was charged by pin-up secret 2 times the sum of 70.85€ for a single package. The service responded by telling me that they were sending my request to the appropriate department. Since then I have not received any information. Very disappointed! The packaging is "chtip", and the product purchased is also of very poor quality. I let myself use it twice: it linted without even letting the product work, and stayed on the down. I will even throw it away: disappointed disappointed! Disappointed. Price paid high for having a drier skin than before despite the rich cream, and the soap that just fulfills its role as soap. The smell is quite strong and not very pleasant for me. I will not recommend.

I'm really sorry I bought it because I think it doesn't work for everyone and I didn't think this soap was a miracle. It's not that at all, it dries the skin too much and even if I moisturize my skin is still dry.

Soap dries out and burns the skin. Too much tea tree oil. Impossible to know the composition and percentage despite the request. There must be very little goat's milk soap, which is a shame.
