This goat's milk soap is a disaster, give buttons ++++ I don't recommend at all ❌❌

very expensive for non-organic products, which you advocate the healthy side, animal milk. In reality, it represents only a very small quantity, and for the rest no healthy substance... The proof, my skin reacts very badly to the mask soap... very dry red skin, the cream doesn't hydrate at all... total disappointment.

I receive a package with a closed product, and another one with an OPEN product! A little torn on the edges, lid open, and as if inside there was some product missing...... I put a star unfortunately I can not put 0 star of the real thieves I bought a pack for Christmas for my wife they made a mistake no big deal I send them an email the answer for them all is good ok so it's thieves I do not recommend at all

The products didnt suit my son's skin and its sad that there's no refund for the set.

Following an order placed at pin up secret, I am not satisfied with their products. Let's take the oil-free cream, I analyzed the ingredients label, there are about 6 toxic, irritating compounds with carcinogenic potential. I understand better why some people say that after trying this product they have even more pimples, one compound in particular prevents the pores of your skin from breathing! And all the products ordered are harmful to our health. So if you hesitate, I do not recommend this brand, there are much more natural and healthy cosmetics for our skin. I would like to specify that since I didn't use the products after these revelations, I sent them back to the brand. The customer service is responsive and has taken my request into account, waiting for the reception of the package in their premises and this fact of the refund.

Pin up secret uses ingredients from the dead sea which for certain beliefs and religion is forbidden. I didn't know that so I won't recommend it anymore.

I only received 1/2 of my order (1 soap and 1 cream): the soap was not in the box - no delivery note in the box. I sent an email to customer service (fast response but only to tell me that my order was delivered) - I re-sent an email to explain ... I received a response to tell me to look into it with the post office ... as if a postman was going to steal a soap ... I have been very satisfied with your service and products ...

The packaging is just mediocre soap buy at 28€ broken receipt and in a simple bubble envelope it could put a nice soap box or a small cardboard pouch given the price of the soap

We make fun of the customer ! Disappointed with the after-sales service, the order was very late to be processed and sent despite messages informing that the shipment was quite urgent.

My previous orders were perfect but my last one made this site finished for me. No answer to my emails since my last order was never delivered on 03/12 and on 05/12 it did not move I am disappointed.
