I had a reaction to the soap and two weeks to be delivered or more if I hadn't reported it.

Extremely long delivery time. No information from the site.

In one box, several nickel products except for a jar of cream which had come out of its packaging half torn and without a seal. I asked for an exchange of the product or a refund => the after-sales service doesn't want to hear anything because it's quite normal that some jars have no seal and it's the transport that damaged the packaging of only one jar of cream, which moreover was the only product without a seal...I won't order anymore on this site.

I bought a box as a gift for 116€ and pin-up secret did not send a box (as indicated on the site) but the items as is in a vulgar cardboard box. I reported this to customer service who replied that the term box mentioned on the site did not mean a packing box at all. it's really very petty considering the price of the products, this salesman plays with words to mislead his customers because the term box would have been much clearer. this is the first and last time I order products from them because there is a lot of competition and the consumer always has a choice. The attention paid to these customers is zero

I've been using it for 10 days and it gave me disappointed pimples even though it smells good.

I started the pinup routine at the beginning I really appreciate the products my skin texture was refining, a luminous complexion but when I tried peeling I had an instant acne flare-up as soon as I rinsed my face my swollen face on the T-zone where I just erased. My face was all red and burnt. I talked to a friend of mine who is a beautician and apparently a client told her that your line was causing her problems as well. For my part I had to solve the problem by going to the pharmacy for an allergy but it didn't work and my doctor had to prescribe a treatment. The problem is still not solved. I've had this shitty pimple for a week now because of your game.

The products don't work, on the contrary they give you a lot of horrible pimples.

So much so that after use it looks like my skin is burnt like after a big sunburn. Very expensive for soap, I found the same one at 3.50 in an organic cosmetics store. Product sold 4 times the price it's really worth all its price because it's influencers who advertise it there. And this product is not at all revolutionary, it gives very dry skin compared to the one I found.
