I've been ordering very regularly from the site for a while now and it's by far my favorite plant shop. The people who work there are very responsive and give advice... I didn't receive my parcel but it's probably more to do with a problem with UPS. plantandstories refunded my order in full. I see that they have since added a warning not to use the vinted go and consignment crates (which I had used). I find their reaction appropriate and commercial
