The product doesn’t match what is shown in the advertisement.

Hello! I know the plants originated in France, but as it was delivered in Estonia, I was expecting the packaging to have instructions in English. The instructions were in French. Also, one to the plant didn’t look well. I translated and saw that I should inform immediately, which I did through email, but I have not heard anything yet. I am waiting.
