Apart from the heater, which was cold on arrival, and the live sphagnum moss, which opened up (fortunately without causing any damage or other problems), other than that everything was fine. The plants are doing wonderfully well and look magnificent, and the care mat is top-notch. The stakes are pretty hard to bend and shape, though. I was worried about breaking/damaging them, but no, everything's fine. Great stuff, good quality and a very efficient after-sales service (I hadn't seen that you could put heaters in the box and I called to ask you to put them in before the order went out). A big thank you to everyone and I'm looking forward to discovering your new products to enlarge my collection (or reduce the space in my living room, depending on your point of view) and, above all, I wish you all the best for the future.
