Picked up on time after an appointment at the Dugommier metro station. My items were well packaged and the sphagnum moss looked fresh. ALL CLEAR.

The ordering experience was very pleasant. The parcel was perfectly packed, no breakages, it was perfect. I just wish I had access to all the sizes of transparent jars, which is not the case for an online order. I still recommend it.

Hello. The packaging containing the pon was of poor quality and tore. The 2 packages. When I took the 1st one out of the package, everything spilled onto the floor. The 2nd also tore but I was able to anticipate the catastrophe.
