I really liked my order, on the other hand, there is not enough choice of delivery, home delivery at 10 € I find it overpriced especially when they are imcompetent, but the spaigne that I ordered is very good quality, it allowed me to make pretty stakes!

First of all everything positive, order processed very quickly, received promptly in perfect condition, delivered by a serious service (I was away, I asked for it to be dropped off in a corner of my house where there was very tall grass, the deliveryman did it when I expected him not to, pleasant surprise) The plants were perfectly well packaged and protected, I did not have the slightest stem or leaf broken during transport top Only one concern, justifying my 4/5, was that one of the plants had flecks in the potting soil and a small caterpillar on the leaves. I removed the caterpillar and contacted the seller about the flecks (who took a few days to get back to me, to their credit my e-mail was dated Wednesday May 17, just before the bank holiday and the bridge that goes with it, justifying their delay in replying, given that they replied to me on a Sunday, thanks to the seller for that). Having found good advice elsewhere, I took care of it myself. The seller was careful to ask me about the insects and took the time to check his plans. Even if there was this small problem, which seems isolated, my 3 other plants, delivered in the same parcel, were impeccable, so I totally recommend this site, just telling the company to be a little more careful with their products (a big stress for me, as I was afraid of an invasion on my very first internet order and had just started with plants, even if in the end it wasn't a big deal).
